L’Alliance Française de Grenoble (AFG)
The Alliance Française Grenoble (AFG) is an independant not-for-profit association (Loi 1901), officially recognized as being in the public interest and part of a global network of over 800 institutions worldwide (136 countries), coordinated by the Alliance Française Foundation.
The AFG has been created in 1967 and has celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2017.
The AFG is located in the heart of the Alps and has undeniable tourist assets based on a range of sports, ecological and scientific offers as well as on the unique cultural heritage.
For more than a half of a century, the AFG promotes and disseminates the French language and Francophone cultures throughout the world.
All Alliances Françaises work towards three essential missions:
- Offering French classes for all, both in France and abroad
- Spreading awareness of French and Francophone culture
- Promoting cultural diversity
The AFG organises french classes for all publics : universities, companies, individuals… And also proposed tailored made linguistic programs and courses for collèges, groups and organizations.
The AFG is also an official approved examination center to certificate the french language level (TCF - DELF/DALF) from A1 to C2.
